Bookings are made online via our website. The Book Now button at the top of the screen will direct you to our online booking service.

Yes, the price is per hour, not per person.

Yes, under-18s are allowed in the venue as long as they’re accompanied by an adult during the following times:

You’ll need to cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
On the FIRST of each month, we open boxes for the next 6 months. Follow us on social media to stay tuned for available future dates or any future events.
Larger events can be booked at any time in advance via the inquiry page on our website or via phone.
The most up to date availability will always be displayed on the booking calendar. We do not have a waiting list available to join, but if we have a cancellation, we will release that date back onto the calendar.

Important note:
We don’t offer a full refund. However, if you cancel more than 14 days before your event date, we will allow you to apply your deposit to a future booking made within 6 months from the cancellation date.
If you cancel within 14 days of your event date, BigShot has the right to retain all funds paid, including deposits. If you have any questions, please reach out to our events team at (+60) 3 – 7887 5777

We accept payment in cash, Debit and Credit Cards, QR Pay and E-Wallet.
Everyone is welcome at BigShot! Even if you’re not playing the game, you can come and eat and drink with us.
Yes, you can book a table. However, bookings are subject to availability for the day and the size of your group.
With the exception of birthday cakes, we kindly ask that you do not bring food into the venue. But don’t worry! We have an extensive and delicious menu for you to choose from.
